Ilona Cairns completed her LL.M. program (thesis: Crimes of equality: The racial profiling paradox of Canada's 'War on Terror') in February 2010.

Daniel Parrott completed his LL.M. program (thesis: The role and regulation of private, for-profit employment agencies in the British Columbia labour market and the recruitment of temporary foreign workers) in August 2011.

Jing Qian began his Ph.D. program in May 2010 after completing his LL.M. at UVic Law (thesis: Corporatist Legislature: Authoritarianism, representation and local people's congress in Zhejiang). He is fluent in English and Chinese.
